Vince,

Find a local broker who is getting these foreclosure listings. Searching online local listings for REO properties on a site like Countrywide.com or any of the other banks who may own the deed to these homes (indymac, national city, wells fargo, etc). Once you find a listing broker go talk to them, convince them to give you a shot, they are always looking for good help. I created my business out of a necessity for contractors who show up on time and do the job right without having to be babysat, there are a lot of people like yourself trying to change their business model to include this line of work. The problem is they dont understand the time constraints these agents are under to get these properties listed and sold. Good luck to you.
