Although I have no interest in listing bank-owned homes, so I've never tried to secure the business, my understanding is this... You must complete numerous BPOs accurately, timely, and efficiently and seek out as much of that type of work as possible. In time, you will hopefully be noticed by a bank or banks and may be given some listings to see how things go. The most successful REO agents I know have staff and good systems in-place. Good luck.
