Hi Michelle,
Sometimes is difficult to find out who owns the home after it goes into foreclosure. The lender may put an assest management company in charge, and transfer a quick deed.
I could research for you or you could try the courthouse. If there is no sign in the yard or window, it may not be on the market quite yet. The lenders are very, very backlogged with foreclosures now, and you just have to be patient, while making sure all of your ducks are in a row with your mortgage and down-payment. Have a preapproval letter in hand so that when it does come on the market, you are ready.

I know of 3 properties in the Rolling Prairie area that are vacant and not listed yet. 700, 400 N, and Fail Rd. I can keep an eye out for you on a daily basis and help you with anything else you need.
