There are a couple places you can check this information:
Check the tax records
. Lots of cities have web sites that indicating the foreclosure actions indicating the bank vs the borrower
. Check who the owner of the property and check judgements against them on the web
. Check out subscriptions to foreclosure.com or realty trac.com that would provide this information
. Contact a buyers agent that can track it down for you
