The best way to get information on pre-foreclosure properties in Half Moon Bay – or any other properties – in that community is to get together with a local Realtor. If you are interested in buying, you should know that the Realtor’s services will most likely cost you nothing. I know a great Realtor in that area. If you are interested in an introduction, let me know.

Hi Patty-

Knowledge and experience are important here. Interview agents with experience in this area of real estate. There are many opportunities available on the coast that are not yet public. On my website's blog section, there are many articles on how to purchase and sell a pre-foreclosure home. Feel free to take a look, go to Good Luck!

I can provide you with a weekly list of possible short sales and REO homes or you can get updated via a distressed property website such as

Feel free to contact us to find the right property. There are some great deals down here!
