How do I find out Where and When auctions are held. Also, how do I obtain a list of the homes to be auctoned.

Check with the Miami-Dade Property Appraisers Office. They have a special section for lis pendens and auction dates. A better approach is to hook-up with a REALTOR® in Homestead- that specializes in working with buyers in search of foreclosures or short-sales.
