I receive many postcards and letters from people in various professions with the hope that they can connect for current and future work. That should be the first step, then look around and see who has the for sale signs on the homes and target that Real Estate Office. The agents usually have contractors but they are going to be your best bet. Getting a one on one with the lender is hard but keep mailing to them as well. If you have any friends that are in the banking business, or your own bank branch, try getting the name and address of a contact person there. It is all about "pounding the pavement!" Good Luck!
