How do I find foreclosures in Tupelo Guntown Saltillo area in Mississippi. I looked on here but nothing come

The best way is to find a local professional who has experience in selling foreclosures. They can search the mls and give you the most up to date list of foreclosures. Not every agent has the expertise to help you buy and go through the process of foreclosures. Be careful!

FIRST ANSWER

You can:

1) read the local newspapers for legal notices of foreclosures.
2)contact local banks directly.
3)contact a local Realtor who can birddog foreclosures for you.
4) Get a trial membership at RealtyTrac.com
