How do I buy a Foreclosure home in Portland, OR? My family and I would live in it, not buying to make money.
We are having to relocate due to unfortunate circumstances. I have seen some listed as low as 3,000 dollars....does that really happen? How can I know the info I am getting is accurate? Help!? This would be only our 2nd purchase and we had help from parents the first time, don't know how to do this.
