I wouldn't bother with a list - the inventory is constantly changing and you need up-to-date information.

Hire a local Realtor to work with you as a Buyer's Agent. Virtually all foreclosures will be listed in the MLS.

If you are looking for pre-foreclosures, there are online services which will provide those lists...most pre-forclosures have zero equity so it rarely possible to get a good deal.

The same online providers can supply lists of properties which will be sold on the court house steps.

Once they are bank owned, they are generally listed with local agents. These can be obtained by contacting a local agent with access to the local MLS.
