How do I find out the disposition of trustee (Bank of America) sale on September 1, 2009 lots twenty -one (21) and twenty-two (22), in block four (4), of Point West, Section one (1), a subdivision in Galveston County, Texas, according to the Map or Plat thereof, recorded in volume 2004A, page 122 of the map records of Galveston County, Texas.
.
Once the bank has foreclosed and bought them at the trustee’s sale they will begin the process of evaluating what they have and how much it’s worth. With the lots they will either hire an agent to sell them at current market value or try to sell them at a public auction like REDC. It can take some time to get them to market after the trustee’s sale.
