Hello,

If you call the Sheriff's Department in Coos County, they can tell you what has sold on the Court House steps. If they have not sold there, they may end up listed in the local RMLS.

Hi,

If you give me the address I can check it out for you. Real Estate sales once recorded are public knowledge.
