Dear Tina,
I have read all the above answers and agree with all of them. Although, I would like to add a little something.
Professional Realtors are legally bound to represent the sellers unless we are representing you directly as a buyer's agent . Once you have authorize a Realtor to represent you as your "buyers agent" is when a Realtor legally can tell you everything & anything that is known about that or any other Real Estate.
Should you have any further questions, feel free to contact me directly at 248-762-5290

on trulia or zillow just type in the address under "find homes" tab. When the listing comes up it should show in the details days on market.
I looked at the two answers you had gotten earlier, and can't add much to it, especially the latest post. In our practice, we have a proactive set up to be able to get our clients any and all information about a particular home for sale that they need. If you need further information, please do not hesitate to call.
BMK stands for "back on market". I also agree with Barb, any Realtor can quickly tell you how long a property has been on the market. Their is a special (Realtor only) part of the listing that tells how long a property has been on the market. In addition to the time it also shows previous prices that it was listed for. I hope this helps.
Tina, the MLS has the data for how long the home has been on the market and any reputable Realtor should be able to provide you with that information.
BMK? "Back on Market"
