How Do I know if my Condo is in Foreclosure ?
or has a Notice of Default. I'm renting the condo and I'mreceiving letters to the owner from the Clerck at Miami Dade county

FIRST ANSWER
Hello, to answer your questions you can call bank, give them your loan number,property addres, your name and social security number and they should provide information about loan delinquency. Normally you would get Floreclosure attempt in your mail. In addition you can find foreclosed properties in local newspaper.
