House foreclosured on. No sale date Yet. Working with Loan Modification Officer. How long to I have to leave?

I am 3 months behind on mortgage. Paperwork in to bank for a loan modification. Loan Modification Officer is trying to see if I qualify for any programs that can help me keep my house. Received letter from lawyer stating house is in foreclosure with no sale date yet. How long do I have before I must vacate residence?
