I dont know why you would want to do such a thing, You would need to sell the house at a rock bottom price to attract any investors. most investors are buying low, fixing and then selling again. single family rentals are very risky for an investor and is not a great way to get a return on investment. could you elaberate as to what you goals or reasons are. If you want to cash out of your home you may get more money with a plain sale and find a new property that will suit you as well. good luck Ron.
Why do you want to do that? I thought housing was a great investment? Let me see if I understand. You want to sell your house to someone, so they can watch it lose value, while you safely rent it. Sounds like a plan. Hope you find someone. Good Luck

The best thing to do is contact local Realtor and discuss with them what you would like to do. There are investors out there that would love to buy a home at a discounted price than have an instant renter. Your Agent can walk you through the process. Good luck!
