Kim,
Sue your lender in Civil Court to produce the note. Go to this website http://www.consumerwarningnetwork.com
find out if you live in a judicial state or non-judicial state. Do not pay for any help it is a scam. You can do it on
your own on this site is the forms you need to go to court. Good Luck!

Kim,
Try using this information. http://wwwhopenow.com or call 1-888-995-HOPE
Best wishes
Actually, what you need to do with contact 1-888-995-HOPE or visit them at 995hope.org
They are a free foreclosure counseling and part of Bush' federal mortgage relief plan. You need to speak with them before speaking with a loss mitigator.
Good luck

Call your lender and ask for a loss mitigation specialist.
Ask for a forbearance based on your circumstances. It may take 30-90 days to get an answer, so you have to try to keep up until it has been resolved.
Some lenders allow the balance to be added to the total amount, some require that you pay what you can, and give you a certain amount of time to catch up. Be sure to talk to the specialist on the phone and find out in detail what they need in order to assist you.
I hope it works out for you.
Aloha,
Frank
Start with your lender and ask for help.
Be very proactive, Loss Mittagation depts are very busy.
Call them before they call you.
If they can't work it out find an attorney to fight the suit
