This property has been sold for about 4 months now, This turned out to be one of the best waterfront buys on Marco Island, sold for $325,000. Need a new Cage around pool which cost about $7,000 and new paint inside and out. I represented the buyers. I'm originally form Medford, Georgetown Mass. Been here on Marco for 20Years
