HOW DO i FIND OUT IF MY HOME SOLD AT AUCTION ON 07/12/10?

It is kinda early to be checking the county records, it usually takes a week or so for title to transfer.
You could check with the trustee they should be listed in your foreclosure paper, on the sign posted in front of the home or in the legal notice that was posted in your news paper the 2 Sundays prior to the auction date.
You could call the lender.
You could go to the court house and look it up there.

Dear Becboo:

Two optons:

1. Check with the auction house website or 800 number on your notice of foreclosure notice. Usually will be a recording
2. County Recorder website where the property is located

Ask a Realtor for help.

See if you can search the name in which you held title or the address at the Navajo County Recorder link below. Select SEARCH RECORDED DOCUMENTS, then SEARCH. Enter the necessary info and click EXECUTE SEARCH to start.
