Good evening, I saw this house online and I like the location and the style. How can I get more information and view the home?

There's a really big advantage in working with a buyer's agent; you get a better deal and smoother transaction without doing all the work! There are also elements to a proper transactional process that you may not be aware of. A good agent will protect your interests. You likely already know that the seller pays the commissions on MRIS listed properties, so you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by allowing a professional to guide you through this major transaction.

Hey MJ,

I see the area you are looking to buy is near LeDroit Park and the U Street corridor. Very hip and historic area with lots of big row homes. If you don't already have a buyer's agent, send me the address and when you'd like to go look at it, I can send you the full listing information and take you to see it this week, or whenever works for you.

I'm licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia, so if this one doesn't work out for you, I can help you no matter where you want to look.

Feel free to contact me anytime.

You should contact an Agent to vew the home. If you're not working with an Agent or a Pre-qualified for a loan; I would be honored to get you Pre-qualified and refer you one of the many Agent that I work with. I'm available to assist you at your convenience.

I recommend that you contact a local buyer's agent to assist you. A buyer's agent would represent you and your best interests and they can set up a showing for you. If you like the home they will help you to submit an offer and negotiate a deal and they are almost always paid in the form of a commission split paid by the listing broker.

Here is a list of agents in your area:

Hi MJ,

If you are not already working with an Agent, and if you could send me the property listing, I would be happy to provide you more info and see about getting you access to see the home.
