Foreclosure never on our credit
We had a foreclosure in Missouri 3 years ago.( May 2005) Initially we got some letters saying we owned the difference between what is sold for and what we owed. However it is still not on our credit and we have not heard from anyone in over 2 years. How long do we have to worry about a deficiency judgement. How long do they have to file a claim?
