Are there any web sites available that list foreclosures (pictures and all details) that are free?

There are several links on my website from various sources. I've not seen any sites yet that list all the foreclosures in one place. We can set up custom searches for you that should include lots of the foreclosures if you are looking in a specific area. This search can then email you daily, weekly or monthly with new properties on the market as they get listed for sale.

Hello Again Christy,

Incidentally, there are 12 foreclosure properties currently listed in the MLS for zip code 75204 with one new listing at 3110 Thomas.

My partner and I have lived in the Uptown area since 2001. We absolutely love it here and have no intentions of ever moving back to the burbs. Everything we need is here or very close by. We actually started our "test run" for city living by renting an apartment, coincidentally at 3110 Thomas and stayed there for a little over a year while our townhouse was being built. Call or email me if you'd like an insider's view of the area.

Best of luck to you in your search for a new place (or investment).

Morning Christy

Couple questions:

1) Are you looking for REOs - where the bank has cleaned up and is marketing the property?
2) Are you trying to buy something all cash at auction?
3) Is this for your home or for investment?

I've used a bunch of different sites but feel that most of the pay sites don't provide that much info for my money.

Unfortunately, that means that leaves me to do all the work - ie; tracking down public records, checking on liens, etc.

Bottom line is - no one is going to do all that work without expecting a return.

Even "us realtors". We provide information in the hopes of anothe happy client. So, you can go to my site and set up searches for REOs - if that's what you are wanting. I've already done all the work to provide the info and pictures in the hopes of attracting another happy client :-)

Hope that helps. If you need more info - or if I misunderstood your question - don't hesitate to contact me.

All the best!

Rebekah

Hi Christy,

I specialize in finding foreclosure properties in Dallas and Collin County, as well as properties that would make great rentals. I would love the opportunity to do a custom search for you. No obligation or cost, of course. As a buyer's agent there is no charge to you to have an experienced Realtor working on your behalf. You can do a couple of searches on my website, http://www.sarahenriques.com, or feel free to email me at sara@sarahenriques.com to let me know what you're looking for, or thinking of looking for ;) and I can help you figure out all of your options.

Have a great day Christy!

As everyone said you can contact a realtor to keep you updated at all times of all properties coming to the market. Working with a Realtor for a buyers agent is always free. In my case I will rebate you 20% of my commission for working with me. I have been a realtor for about a year and have helped purchase 5 foreclosure properties.

Thanks for you time dont hesitate to call or email me 214-682-0598. rj.avery@att.net

Hi Christy,

You can write to any REALTOR here and they should be able to provide a custom search for properties in foreclosure - no obligation. We can narrow the search to meet your criteria for a home too. i.e. bedrooms, baths, garage type, etc.
