Does anyone have experience with Wells Fargo Investor Foreclosures?

Asked by Kathleen Becker, Santa Monica, CA Tue Sep 18, 2012

How much does Wells Fargo Investor Files typically pay owners occupants "cash for keys" after foreclosures in California?

Does anyone know what the investor guidelines are?

Please let me know.

Thanks.

Kat

Mostly up to $6,000. It's better to try the new HAFA program . I just got $29,500 for a client.

Is not a simple question.... I have seen cash for keys of up to $50K for a $4million house owned by a very "militant" occupant... in general, I would think they try to get no more than $6K... when you say wells fargo investor do you mean a loan owned by wells fargo? or a loan serviced by wells fargo for an investor?
