FIRST ANSWER
Your best chance to find something at that price is to drive around the neighborhoods and find a place for rent by owner. Most of the time in Forney the Rentals on the market start around $900. If you are qualify for a loan you may be able to purchase a foreclosure and pay around 700 to 800 a month. Email me if you would like more information.
