Cathy-there is one other foreclosure in which the deed restriction just got listed, however, the asking price is 499k. There are also two other commercial buildings for sale in Englishtown, both over 1 million.

Hi Cathy. There are only four properties available in all of Englishtown. One is a foreclosure and is located on Main St. It is not zoned for commercial, however, you can look into obtaining a variance to have it zoned commercial. Don't limit yourself to just foreclosures. There are many deals to be had in real estate here in New Jersey. Find an agent, you can get a good buyers agent at http://www.rebac.net and let them do the research. You'll find alot more available than you'll find posted on a general website.

Look on Trulia and Zillow in the area you want. If a property is in any stage of foreclosure, it is so indicated. Yahoo search used to have a foreclosure category, but I don't know if it still does. Finally, there's Realtytrac.com, which specializes in foreclosures. The site lets you poke around a little and only makes you leave your contact info (and maybe charge you) if you want full information. It also tells you agents in a particular area who specialize in that area.
