There are a variety of Condos for sale and lease in the Cartersville area. Depending on your criteria, there are various price ranges, number of bedrooms, some with garages and some without, if you want to be close to the intereste, etc. I had a condo for sale in the Eagle Glen community, which is right off of exit 290 and I-75, to which has since gone into foreclosure. This community has been rezoned to a 100 yr flood plain, and will significantly effect your home owner's insurance payment.
