Hi Jolie,

Please send me the listing.....we can go 50-50 on the profits when we flip it for $900,000 Ahhh maybe you saw a listing that missed a "0" or maybe it was just a lease of the land or fractional ownership. Sadly there are no homes in SB for that price.

I live in SB and will be happy to help if you have any questions about the area etc.

Hi Jolie,

There has been recent marketing on fractional ownership that makes it look like a deal in various areas of San Diego County. That may be what you ran across in your search for a home in Solana Beach. If you want more information on fractional ownership vs. timeshares, viist the link below.

I agree with Patti. 90K sounds like the 2nd mortgage amount, not the property price.

Jolie, Curious as to where it shows a property in Solana Beach for 90K? I know there have been other properties with similiar prices brought up previously in questions on Trulia, but I haven't really followed them, as they weren't in my area. I'd be curious as to what it is supposed to be- tax lien, foreclosure- and what the source is. Believe me Jolie, if it's out there for 90K we'll ALL be lining up for it!

I am putting on a foreclosure bus tour next Saturday in the area, you are welcome to come- but unfortunately I can't promise any properties with THAT great of a deal! :)

There is no such property in the Sandicor MLS. The cheapest pending property is condo priced at $310,000 , and the cheapest active property is another condo at $335,000. If you provide a link to whatever you are looking at, we can take a look, but the short answer is "No, homes in Solana Beach don't sell for $90,000, and lots don't either, so even if it is a teardown, something sounds fishy." You can see the MLS inventory at the link below.
