Can anyone tell me where the information on these listings comes from?

Robyn Lehmann
Agent
Kansas City Metro Area

The sales and price information is incorrect for this property - It's still for sale at $70,900. I'd like to get it corrected.

The information is obtained from a variety of sources. Typically, a listing agent or listing office has the information sent via a "feed" to Trulia®. Some agents enter the information manually. Often, some data is obtained via county court records- in the case of foreclosure or lis pendens information could potentially be misleading or deceptive. An example of misleading information is a small lien appearing to be a list price.
