Hello Sonya,

Yes there are mortgage programs for investors that interested in holding properties. You will need to put down at least 20% down payment on a property as an investor. So if you are buying a home for $100,000 then you would need to put down at least $20,000 as a down payment. You could borrower $80,000 from the bank. You would also need money for the closing costs. The seller can only contribute up to 2% toward your closing cost on investor loans.

If you would like to see if you can qualify for an investor loan, feel free to call me at 302-588-3665 Cell phone or send an e-mail to DelawareMortgages@yahoo.com
