Sure thing, we can all help you buy a foreclosure, but you need to know what questions to ask. I recently wrote a blog about finding foreclosures on Trulia. Maybe that will help. I'll put a link to it in the web reference below.

Any good Realtor should be have knowledge in foreclosures. Interview a few agents and find someone you bond with.

Yes, there are many ways I can help a person going through foreclosure. In order to help you best:

1. Are you looking to purchase a home in foreclosure?
2. Are you looking to avoid a foreclosure?
3. Are you looking at selling or saving your home?

im so overwhelmed and have a very short window I cant afford an attorney at the moment and just got locations of two properties from a new agent working for citifinancial. I'm assuming you are looking for representation on the buying side and not the selling side since lenders will deal directly with selling foreclosures. How can I help you?
