Are any real estate professionals now working as "Loss Mitigation Councelor" unaffiliated w/a bank?
I have received many email offers from various companies and am curious if these companies are effectively helping families avoid foreclosure and if it is a lucrative option in the present real estate conditions? Any good advice? Good companies?
