Many communities have deed restrictions won't allow this take place IF SO larger lot high rolling fence hide the "toy's" however if you have a neighbor who hates it turns you into city. Location will be based on what you can afford

Based on the price range you can afford such as: A high price tag. You should be able to find something or a lower price tag might make your search a bit more tedious.
Depending on exactly where you want to live, the price and the size of the adjacent lot. You might have to do some investigating out of the area of what would be called: Prime Location.
Real Estate Companies that would list such properties might be in the local vicinity of the property, if what some of the other brokers suggested is not exactly for you.
You can always find the location of the out of prime location area and look in daily or weekly publications for properties that the owner is selling.
You can also find someone to this for you.

Contact a a local real estate professional to tailor a search specific to your needs. You no doubt will have additional criteria that should be factored in as well.

Hey, ME!

I guess it all depends upon what is affordable to you. Here is a report of homes with sailboat access water in the non-deed restricted parts of Port Charlotte. Click lor copy ink to view the report:…

What kind of sailboat do you own? I've had several in the area but I found my Corsair trimaran to be most versatile. With a shallow draft, I could get into most any anchorage and even some iffy canals. I would always try to keep a draft less than 4 feet.

If you would like to see any of these homes or have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.

You can also search homes with our innovative map search. Her you will be able to see the homes on a map and view the canals and how quick it will be to get to open water.

There are several areas where you can have a motorhome and be on water with sailboat access. I would need more information from you however. What price is in the "affordable" range for you? Also, what other criteria are you looking for?

Please contact me...I would be happy to do a search for you and email information on properties which match your criteria.
