An experienced buyer agent in your area will have complete access to foreclosures. You can also try searching http://www.Hud.gov (FHA foreclosures/HUD Homes) and http://www.Ocwen.com (VA foreclosures).

These are not the only types of foreclosures that are available, however you will be able to find alot of properties on these sites.

There are many lender and HUD homes in the Cincinnati area. Depending on how much work you want to do on a house most are not in move in condition. I have sold many lender owned properties and could set up a client portal from the MLS to target lender owned properties in the areas that would interest you. That would give you a direct feed of any current properties, any new properties, and any price changes almost instantly.
