Banks are in the money business not the home sales business. Some banks do list their repo's on their bank web site, but most are listed with folks who sell house, real estate agents. If you are looking for a REO in Pensacola, go to BuyPensacolaForeclosures.com.

Dunes is correct. There are those sites and many others.

When you search each of these sites individually you will find the vast majority of the properties are listed with a Realtor and the detailed information along with pictures is readily available on just one site...the MLS.

I do not know how true this is for other areas but it certainly is for ours.

Most banks will list the properties with a Realtor. There is an abundance of foreclosed properties on our Multiple Listing Service,(MLS).

You can search the MLS from my web site without signing up.(see link below)
