Harry,

The site to check for the county tax records is: http://www.sd-pa.com. I agree that it will take several weeks to be updated. I will be happy to send you the current listings, what is pending and what has sold recently in your building. Good Luck!

Sincerely,

It takes about 4 to 6 weeks for you to check this information out on the tax record. In the meantime, would you like to know what condos have sold or have gone pending in your building? I could provide this information for you. Please contact me at SaraLeicht@michaelsaunders.com Feel free to easily search the MLS for active listings in your building by visiting my web site at http://www.sarasellssarasota.com/

Regards,
Sara

Hi Harry,

Unless you know someone involved in the deal, you probably won't learn the selling price until after the unit actually closes. Depending on the terms of the deal, closing dates may vary. Anywhere between 45 and 60 days is pretty typical these days. Once the closing has occurred, you can expect the sale price to appear in the county tax records. These records are public information, and can be found at http://www.sarasotaproperty.net.

P.S. I have noticed that it takes as much as a few weeks post-closing for stats to upload to the site.

Hope that helped!
