A bank owned property will be marketed sometime soon in the town I market and sell RE. It is a Wells Fargo mortgage. How can I get that listing? Info?

I would do a better job marketing in my little town in NJ than someone out of the area who does not know our market. Whom can I contact and try to get the business?
