Best bet for rentals usually is Craigslist Vermont and in and around Burlington I'd also check out http://www.gridguide.com - a very handy site. I also happen getting ready to rent one of my own 3 bedroom ,2 bath apartments in town - very nice in a Victorian building - between downtown and the University and Hospital. Available mid June or so. Let me know if you're interested in more info.
