FIRST ANSWER
The property is still going to be for sale but it is temporarily off the market while they finish the updates after the last tenants moved out. It will be back on the market at 200,000! They do have another tenant who is interested in renting again and may rent it and sell it rented. Is it something you are interested in buying or renting?
