Funny you should ask. We've just been given information that as of August 31st 2009 we will be able to list properties for lease. I'm not sure what your time frame is and whether that will help you or not as I'm sure it will be slow to catch on and be populated with properties. The good old fashioned newspaper, especially on Sundays is a good resource but since you are in Detroit you would want to use http://www.thetimesonline.com for local listings. Another is of course Craigslist. Please call me if I can further assist you. There are an awful lot of people who think they CANNOT buy when in fact then can.
