This was the best option for me, since these buildings are very well organized., the price is very reasonable and there are many promotions. The most important is the service they offer if you have any trouble in your apart. For a busy person is an ideal situation.

Yes, the Avalons are one of Stamford's most sought-after luxury rental complexes. Because of the current economic conditions and a flood of available rentals on the market, the corporately run buildings are offering monthly "specials" that are quite attractive considering all the amenities offered.

The advantage to the Avalon buildings are there proximity to downtown Stamford and the beaches. Before renting, please check the websites to hear comments from current and former renters . The Avalon's are asthetically pleasing and have many amenities that might be of interest to you. They are reasonable price but I would encourage you to use a real estate agent to negotiate your rent. You agent can also assist you in obtaining a reasonable priced credit check which most rental companies require.
