do you rent out homes to section 8 clients?

FIRST ANSWER
Yes provided that the client has a good FICO scores. Again most of the Landlord
they do not like Section 8 because the do come to your property for inspections
in order for them to qualify for rent. One thing to do is screen the prospective client
before you accept or else you got a bad client later on that will be problems.
