Willing to rent?

Asked by Michelle, Grapevine, TX Wed Oct 15, 2008

Hi there. We are looking to rent a house in this neighborhood. We will buy in a year or two, but this house is too small for us to buy (we will buy 2500 sf). Are the sellers willing to rent this house?

Hi Michelle,

I have a listing at 5215 Shadow Glen that you might want to take a look at (http://www.trulia.com/property/1050553879-5215-Shadow-Glen-D…). It is currently for sale, but my client is willing to lease under the right circumstances. I'd be happy to help you with this or any other properties in the area. Best of luck!

Have you found a rental? Hopefully you're all set for now, but let me know when you are ready to purchase and I'll get to work!
