Why does this owner seem to be so desperate about renting this property? Is this a bad sign?

FIRST ANSWER

With any property vacant costs the property owner money, perhaps they are seasoned investor such as myself if a person has poor credit does not pay I know how to have them evicted. Most tenants with poor credit pay additional deposits.
