Whats the best way to rent your condo? Hire a management company?
How much should I charge for renting my condo? Here are the specs I live in the 90640 zip code:
Residence: Condominium | Beds: 2 | Bath: 2.0 | Square Feet: 1,118 | Lot Size: 1,218
Good carpeting, new shower, new ac/heat system, new 40 gal water heater, new toilets and shower.
I'm broke so I'll need a place to stay, I'm just exploring this as an option. Roomates don't sound appealing and I hear they have sticky fingers.
