As Glen pointed out this property sold October 24. However, I was inside the place about a month ago and could find out what the back unit would bring in rent with a couple phone calls. Just let me know if you'd still like that info.
We're seeing more investment opportunities in Santa Cruz than we've seen in a long time. With so many homes being foreclosed on or sold in Short Sales, there is a big renters pool. This has driven rent prices up. Inventory is still good, rates still low and prices at an all time low. People who buy now will be sitting pretty in 5-7 years. People who don't will be saying...." I should have."
