FIRST ANSWER
The only place I am aware of is possibly 1 Waterstreet. However, I'm not sure those are for rent. If they are, they are pricey, but nice, really nice. Another option might be to call Kalister Realty as they cater to historical buildings and have a relationship with Zerla (?) properties who owns several historical properties with apartments that he rents out.
