We are moving to D ahlonega in June and need a short-term place to rent while waiting for house to close.
My husband will be a prof. at NGC and I will be at-home with 1 dog & 1 kitty. We have made an offer on a short-sale house, but have to wait on the bank for their response. We need to be out of our house here in Birmingham by June 15th, because it is rented. Can anyone help us out with a place to rent in Dahlonega, or maybe Dawsonville????

I found a short term (6 month) lease on a home yesterday in Dawsonville for a client - so there are a few out there. Also, there is a beautiful apt. complex with tons of amenities that will do a short term lease that we secured, if we couldn't find a short term lease on a home. Both would allow pets.
