Loringa, look on har.com. You can put in search criteria for price and bed/bath preferences, among other things. The zip codes you want to search in (do a separate search for each one) are: 77056, 77401, 77035, 77096, 77081, 77005, 77027, and 77098. Also, look on craigslist. You don't have as many search options, but the listings are fewer, so you don't really need to narrow down, and tend to be by owner, at least for houses (you'll have to ignore all the apartment listings). I have a lease place in mind that is really great, It's a 3/2/with a 2 car garage, bonus room and loft area. I had a client that was about to lease it but at the last minute didn't get transferred to Houston after all. It is in the Hillshire Village area and a real find in my opinion. It could be leased for 1700.00 a month.. Please give me a call if you would like to see it or any others leases in the area. They are very pet friendly landlords as the former tenant had a very large dog I'm told and the yard was perfect for him, it has a fairly new, very tall fence..I look forward to helping you. Thanks!
