If you need help selling or leasing or even both at the same time let us know if we can help.
Best idea is to get it on the market quickly as school is about ready to start.....like Monday.
In my experience most people want to sign for a year or less, but we can always list it at two.
Some people don't like moving and want to know their payment and situation is locked in.
