Is it Possible to Find/Rent a 4br Home from a Forclosure or distressed propty in W.Valley???
Ive choose to move to the west Valley between Sherman Oaks and woodland hills..... With all the Distressed Properties on the Market ... is there a vehicle where I could benefit by renting a property for Less helping out a property that would be sitting Empty ???

You could look at Cazoodle Apartment Search to help you find a rental out there. I found 143 Listings for Valley Village.

FIRST ANSWER
Foreclosed homes are bank owned and are never rented out. The banks do not want to be in the landlord or property management business as their objective is to sell the property and recoup as much of thier money as possible. They also want to avoid possible liability issues with tenants.
